The Program Committee is comprised of professionals who volunteer their time to work with entrepreneurial firms wishing to develop a compelling presentation as a Showcase Presenter at our monthly meetings.
The first step in becoming a Showcase Presenter is for the entrepreneur to work with the Program Committee.
- Entrepreneurs must fill out and submit the completed Showcase Presentation Tool (download the Word document) to our Program Committee Chair.
- The Showcase Presentation Tool is distributed to members of the Program Committee.
- The Program Committee Chair requests volunteers to work as a coaching team. The coaching team helps the entrepreneur to further develop the business plan, develop and practice their presentation, and make needed contacts within the Forum or larger community.
- The coaching team determines the entrepreneur's readiness to be a Showcase Presenter and provides a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
- The entrepreneur gives a 10-minute presentation at an NEF meeting.
